How long do Novyn nails last?
The nails themselves are designed to be reusable and can last for years with proper care and storage.
Wear time depends on the application method used:
- Adhesive tabs: approximately 5–7 days
- Nail glue: up to 2–3 weeks
Many customers choose to wear the same set multiple times. With careful removal and proper care, your Novyn nails can be enjoyed again and again.
How do I choose my size?
Novyn nails are available in Small, Medium, and Large sizing.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Will my set look exactly like the photos?
Each set follows the design shown in the photos. Because every set is handcrafted, small variations in detail may occur. Colors can also appear slightly different depending on lighting and your screen.

Where do you ship?
All orders ship from the U.S. At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United States.
We're actively expanding our logistics network and working toward international shipping. We look forward to making Novyn available worldwide in the near future.
How long does shipping take?
Processing: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.
Shipping options include:
Standard Shipping
$5.90, or free on orders of $69 or more after discounts, excluding taxes.
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
Additional shipping charges apply.

When will I get my order?
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
RETURNS & QUALITY
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If your Novyn set is not quite right for you, we are happy to help with an eligible return or exchange requested within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product remains unused, the product packaging is unopened with its seal intact, and all items and accessories are complete.
Because press-on nails come into direct contact with the skin and natural nails, opened or worn products cannot be returned or exchanged. This helps us ensure that every Novyn set arrives completely new and has never been worn or resold.
For a return or exchange unrelated to a product issue, we simply ask that you cover the applicable return and replacement postage. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full eligibility and instructions.
What if there's a quality issue?
We stand behind the quality of every handcrafted set.
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@novynnails.com.
We will review everything with care, take care of any necessary return and replacement shipping, and work with you to make it right. The unopened-package requirement does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
