How long do Novyn nails last?

The nails themselves are designed to be reusable and can last for years with proper care and storage.

Wear time depends on the application method used:

  • Adhesive tabs: approximately 5–7 days
  • Nail glue: up to 2–3 weeks

Many customers choose to wear the same set multiple times. With careful removal and proper care, your Novyn nails can be enjoyed again and again.
How do I choose my size?

Novyn nails are available in Small, Medium, and Large sizing.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Will my set look exactly like the photos?

Our expertise is nail artistry—not photography.

While we do our best to represent every design accurately, handcrafted nail art is often even more beautiful in person than it appears on screen.

The sparkle, texture, dimension, and fine details can be difficult to fully capture through a camera lens.

Each Novyn set is handcrafted by professional nail artists, and while slight variations may naturally occur, the design, quality, and craftsmanship will always remain true to the original piece.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United States.

We're actively expanding our logistics network and working toward international shipping. We look forward to making Novyn available worldwide in the near future.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

RETURNS & QUALITY
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every Novyn set comes into direct contact with the skin and natural nails, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or worn products.

This policy is rooted in something we care deeply about: hygiene, quality, and trust.

Every customer deserves to receive a brand-new set that has never been worn, handled, or previously returned. For that reason, we never resell, redistribute, or send returned nail sets to another customer under any circumstances.

While this means we maintain a strict return policy, it also ensures that every Novyn order arrives in the same pristine condition we would expect ourselves.
What if there's a quality issue?

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will carefully review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
