From design and development to production, packaging, and final shipment, every step is completed within our own facility.

Behind our production system is a team of more than 400 women—the foundation of everything we create.

Many of them joined us with limited access to stable opportunities. Here, they receive structured training, stable income from day one, and long-term support.

Every new team member completes a two-month paid training program before entering production—building both skill and confidence.
